Booking Conditions

  1. Prices are based on twin/double share per night accommodation, subject to availability and including all linen.
  2. Extra persons, $20 per person per night (up to maximum of 6 people)
  3. Seasonal Rates and Surcharges apply for School & Public Holidays, Special Events, Long Weekends, Shoulder and Peak Season. Specials are not available with any other offer.
  4. Bookings require 40% of the total tariff as deposit and the balance to be paid on arrival.
  5. All cancellations will incur a $50 cancellation fee. All credit cards welcome, fees apply.
  6. Any bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to booking will not receive a refund, unless the entire booking period can be rebooked.

  9. Check in time is after 2:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am
  10. While every effort is made to meet your requests, we can not guarantee a particular unit and we reserve the right to change accordingly, charges are subject to change without notice.
